Refund Policy
We want every parent who buys The Baby Planner to feel good about the purchase. Because the planner is a digital product delivered immediately, this policy explains when refunds are possible and how to request one.
1. Nature of the product
The Baby Planner is a downloadable PDF (200+ pages) delivered by email within minutes of purchase. There is no physical shipment. By completing checkout, you explicitly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that the download begins as soon as you receive the email link.
2. Eligible refund situations
We offer a full refund in the following cases:
- Delivery failure — you never received the download link, and we cannot resolve it within 5 business days.
- Corrupted or broken file — the PDF will not open and we cannot supply a working copy.
- Duplicate charge — you were billed twice for the same order.
- Unauthorized charge — your card was used without your permission (we may ask for verification).
3. Non-refundable situations
Because the planner is digital and cannot be “returned”, we generally cannot offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after the file has been downloaded.
- Buyer’s remorse, accidental purchase, or buying the wrong product when a clear description was available.
- Inability to print, when the issue is with the buyer’s printer, paper, or print service.
- Dissatisfaction with the visual style, which is shown on the product page before purchase.
4. EU / UK consumer rights
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day right of withdrawal does notapply to digital content once delivery has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent. By clicking “Pay” at checkout, you provide this consent and acknowledge you lose the right of withdrawal once we deliver the download link.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have if the product is faulty or not as described.
5. How to request a refund
- Email hello@thebabyplanners.com within 14 days of purchase.
- Include your order ID, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue.
- We respond within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
6. Chargebacks
We take fraud seriously. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first — we are quick to fix legitimate issues. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being blocked from future purchases. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to the payment processor and to relevant authorities.
